Hello guys! Today I will introduce what I have experienced after having worked out a week. At first cardio workout was extremely hard for me as I didn’t have the stamina, but now, I feel like I can run further without getting tired so easily. However, the problem I have currently is muscle growth. That is because it is much harder to gain muscles than to simply lose fat. That is why I think willpower is essential to working out since your boy will ache all over and oftentimes you want to just quit. When working out with gym equipments, you get to control the weight of the workload and now I can lift a little heavier than what I have been able to do in the past. It is important to know at this point to push yourself a little harder by adding more weights to your workout routine as your body will be able to tolerate more and more weight. If you don’t push yourself, there will be limit to how much muscle you can actually grow. No matter how hard you work out, if your eating habit is not good, there is no point of you exercising.That's why you need to take care of your eating habit. Carbohydrates are the body's energy source and must be what the body ne but if you eat more than the average amount, they become fat. So when you go on a diet, you have to cut down on your carbohydrates because if you don't eat carbohydrates, the body uses the fat in your body instead of carbohydrates as an energy source. It is similar when you increase muscle mass. When you increase muscle mass, you should eat more protein than carbohydrates because the proteins become your muscle. The thing that was hard for me was that it was very hard not to eat a lot of delicious food, but now I'm used to it now. Next time, I'll be back with more and more changes.
