What Happen You Don’t Eat Enough Fruits and Veggies

Hi, everyone. Before talk about it, I changed my blog song. Today I’m going to talk about what will happen if we don't eat vegetables and fruits? Without vegetables and fruits, you may lack vitamins and minerals, cause digestive problems, increase the risk of cancer, gain weight, have a higher chance of diabetes, increase blood pressure, increase your risk of heart disease, and become depressed. Vegetables and fruits like this greatly help prevent diseases. Of course, if you eat the right meal, you can easily lose weight, eliminate the need to go on a diet, and reduce the stress of the diet, and make our bodies very healthy. Also, you can take care of your skin by eating. For example, people who eat meat and carbohydrates often have dark skin and have acne, but people who eat balanced meals such as vegetables, fruits, and moderate carbohydrates have white skin, and very smooth skin.
