What happens when we don’t exercise?

Hi. Today I will talk about what happens if we don't exercise? If you don't exercise, you will experience stress, lack of sleep, lower school grades, and an  increase in your chances of getting sick. Exercise is very important. The sooner you exercise, the better. Because when we grow up, we increase our internal fat by drinking and smoking and eating late at night, and that's the way to obesity. People who have already done exercise know the need for exercise from an early age, after eating and drinking, you will be able to control your diet after that, and when you get older, you don't have to become obese. I recommend that you exercise three times a week, if not every day, because that alone can prevent obesity.

I agree with every single fact that you put here. Everything here is nothing but the truth and I have definitely felt it myself. We all need to workout so that our bodies can maintain their healthy state in order to benefit us now and later on as we grow older. I hope you can workout to the best of your abilities!
