My body fat before exercising and the exercise machine that I use

My goal of the project is make my body fit which mean is make muscle and lose all the useless fat in my body. I choose this project because I wanted to show others you can do this. The picture that it is paper is shows that it is a picture of my body fat and muscle before I started exercising.
First, I start with a Cardiovascular exercise which is the treadmill I walk for 1 hour at a maximum of slope which is 16 degrees and the speed is 5.5km per hour.
After I finish the cardiovascular exercise I start strength exercises. First I work on exercise equipment that repeat lifting weights weighing 25kg and lifted up on legs for 3~4 minutes without taking a break.
Second, equipment is hanging from the arms a weight of 20kg and lifting up arms and down for 3 minutes.
Third equipment is putting on weights of 25kg, and spreading arms sideways, fold again, doing this for 3 minutes.
Forth equipment is pull ups, I can choose weight to support. I choose 45 kg and pulled up for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
Fifth equipment is choosing the weight and lie down and lift the bar with the legs. In the case of me, I put on 50kg and continue for 3 minutes.
The last equipment is sit-ups, I can choose the weight that I want and hang it on my back. I hang 15kg and repeat sit-ups for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
It took 2 hours to finish it. I had a hard time to face on strength exercises because my my muscle get really hurts but I believe that it is a good sign. Through this exercise I learn why people get a hard time to make their body fit or losing weight. I'm planning to do same exercise everyday. I will improve it by taking picture of body fat and muscle result paper. I want to pursue this project to others because it is way that to get healthy to person who has lots of fat.
