Hello everyone! I am going to try to talk about what makes me feel good about exercising and what I felt when I exercise. Are you ready? The first thing to do when you exercise is to get your body healthy, remove useless fat and help you build muscle. Of course we need to manage it, but exercise seems to be essential to our lives. After exercising and managing the diet accordingly, it seems that concentration on studying is better and it is helpful to the study. I was confident that I was able to exercise and every time I went to school in the morning, there was a lot of energy and laughter. Also, the feeling of studying after a shower or lying in bed after a shower is very good without words. Self-confidence is important to us and big part of our lives depends on it. I think it is very important to look after our health. Because we can not exercise or not, you may prevent yourself from getting cancer in the future. Of course, it is difficult to remove the useless fat and make the muscles while exercising, but the confidence seems to rise greatly when I succeed in improving my diet or body. Depending on whether you are exercising or not, you can look younger and look older. Another good thing is that your body becomes lighter and your actions become faster. Dieting around the point to exercise while developing muscle strength is 180 degree turn. Diet is eat low calorie, eat less and work on aerobic exercise, but to increase strength is not eat low calorie, but not a carbohydrate, eat something good and exercise your strength.

I also felt the increasing of concentration after workouts. I think it is because exercising helps to remove all the bad stuff and call all the good stuff. I get motivated to do some workout seeing your blogpost. Keep up the great job.

I think it's nice to see you working out hard. However, don't try to lose weight. It would be better if you eat a lot and increase your muscle mass!!

I love how hard you've exercising. However, I really wish that you would eat more. You've already lost a lot of weights and while losing grams is important, gaining muscles and getting enough nutrients are also important! Eat more!!! You've lost enough:)!

I know the feeling after exercising too! It is so refreshing. But before going gym, the problem is I care my tiredness more than refreshing, haha.
