Hi, everyone. Today I'm going to talk about the difference between a healthy diet and a unhealthy one. The difference is the length of the diet, the amount of the diet, and the amount of what you eat. A healthy diet is long period of time and there are only some changes in diet and the amount of food not to burden the body, but a unhealthy diet also has a short period, which puts a lot of strain on the body and affects the mind. There is also a high possibility of stress due to diet. A healthy diet is to eat all three meals a day and eat healthy, balanced foods such as half bowl of rice, semi-air-carbohydrates, avocados, and eggs etc. A unhealthy diet is one meal a day or no meal. If you don't eat, you might think you can lose weight faster, but it actually works in reverse. If we don't eat anything, our bodies can gain weight. Even if you succeed on a diet with unhealthy diet methods, you can gain weight again later because of the stress from bad diet habits and various other reasons why you cannot escape your appetite for food. That leaves a lot of stress and effort from a severe diet all at once. For that to happen, I highly recommend practicing a healthy diet.
While I largely agree with you, what do you think about "intermittent fasting"? This is when you eat only during 8 hours a day (like from 12pm to 8 pm) and fast for 16 hours? I've done some research and I know for a fact that intermittent fasting is a great way to lose fat!
