Hi everyone! Today, I will introduce the food I eat every week and the exercise that I work out every week. I wake up at 5:50 am every day after that I take a shower and eat breakfast at 6:50. My breakfast is two eggs or an egg roll. I eat lunch at the school, but I do not eat much. When I have lunch at school, I only eat vegetables and meat. If there is no vegetables and meat then I usually don’t eat lunch. After school, I eat dinner at 5 or 6 pm and for dinner, I eat tofu and eggs and meat. I don't eat any carbohydrates. I finish eating around 6:30. I don't eat anything after 6:30 pm because I have to fill my empty stomach for more than 12 hours, so that’s why I eat dinner between 5 and 6 pm. My main work out is aerobic exercise and muscular exercise. In my case, I have to exercise a lot of muscular exercise. I usually work out aerobic exercise for 40 minutes and exercise my muscles for over an hour. The aerobic exercise that I usually do is walking, and of course, aerobic exercise is the easiest. The exercise I usually do is arm, leg, and shoulder exercise. The muscular exercise is the most difficult thing for me, but I will try hard. Honestly,I believe if I make my body fit, I will be stronger, but it's not easy. But I'll try and try. Everyone cheer for me! Thank you!

It's nice to see you lose weight through exercise. I think you need a picture that shows your change a little more
I just ask you out of curiosity, don't you feel stress or starving when you don't eat any carbohydrate? I always see you only eat some vegetables and protein foods for your lunch.. I hope you wouldn't be unhealthy because of lack of carbohydrate.. Be healthy and Good Luck!:)
You know that my project is same as yours. So, controlling diet is also important, but you need to eat enough. If you didn't eat much, your health would be getting worse. You need to take care of your health.
