What exercise can we work out at home if you can't go to the gym?

Hi everyone. Today I’m going to talk about what kind of exercise we can do at home if we can't go to the gym? What matters to a man is shoulders. The main methods of exercise that can stretch their shoulders at home are Pike Pushup, Handstand Pushup, Arnold Press, and Site literal lads. Pike push-ups are important for the angle to be implemented as a training exercise for the shoulders. The tip of the foot is to stand, hold the butt high, and then push up with the shoulder. The push-up of a handstand is hard, I recommended to practice standing for who don't now how to stand. Arnold Press is the reverse of the order in which dumbbells are pushed up and down. Lastly, Site literal lads is a exercise that stimulates your shoulders while holding on slowly when you get off like a throw when you raise it. I recommend try every for 3 months then you will see the differences.
