Hi guys! Today I will talk about what happen if we don't eat carbohydrates? Carbohydrates can be used in everyday life, It's necessary to go on a diet. You can also see carbohydrates, fats, proteins. I'm sure you've heard that it's one of the three must-have nutrients. Carbohydrates are used as an important source of energy for the body. If you keep eating without carbohydrates, you will distracted by your weight and it will be hard to concentrate. It doesn't help you on a diet. It also hurts your health. You need to get the right amount of good carbohydrates. Especially for those of you who work out. It's not about carbohydrates, it's about our diet. I want to tell you that it's a problem. There are good carbohydrates and bad carbohydrates Good carbohydrates are oatmeal, brown rice, whole wheat bread, whole wheat flour.  They are barley, quinoa, boiled potatoes, sweet potatoes, corn, beans, fruits, and various vegetables. Bad carbohydrates are white rice, white flour, soda, cookies, candy, French fries, popcorn, potato chips, sugar, etc. I recommend you eat only a third of your meals with meat, and eat meat with less grease, such as flagellation, aquaculture, and soybeans.
