Hi, everyone. Today I'm going to talk about what if we only eat vegetables and fruits? Has anyone ever thought that eating only vegetables and fruits would make you lose weight? Vegetables and fruits are generally low in calories and filled with essential nutrients. Eating more of these nutritious foods can help lower the risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, digestive problems, vision problems and cancer. But they don't supply all the essential nutrients we need. So eating only fruits and vegetables is not a good idea. Because it could be harmful. The longer you follow a diet that only eats fruits and vegetables, the more likely you are to experience malnutrition. If you are on a diet, I recommend eating cacao nibs tea, cacao nibs is a food that drives all the internal fat in your body. So I recommend eating a balanced diet, such as eating meat with carbohydrates, even if vegetables and fruits are good for your health.

Yapyap. So I recommend you to eat some rice for lunch. And the cacao nibs, doesn't it taste bad? I tried it but I hated it because of its bitter taste.

I've also been trying to control myself from eating too much. As I kept eating a lot of fruits I began to enjoy it!

I was really worrying when you only ate vegetables (and really little portion of protein such as an egg..). Since now you know it is not a good idea to eat only vegetables, I will look forward your food choice for the school lunch! ^^
