Hi everyone. Today, I'm going to talk to you about What protein food and exercise do we need to build muscles.We all know, but it's a bad idea not to eat carbohydrates while on a diet because carbohydrates are a source of energy for our bodies. It is good to eat 250 grams of carbohydrates a day. If you don't eat carbohydrates, your body becomes weak, tired easily, and it's hard to concentrate on your studies. Also, it is important to keep a lot of high protein during diet. The foods that I recommend for high protein foods are Milk, Homemade protein shake, Avocado, Meat, Tofu, High-fat fish, Scallops, Egg, Brown rice, Bean, Nuts, and Dark chocolate. Many people drink about 2 liters of water a day, but I like to recommend to drink about 3 liters of water when you are on a diet because the high protein foods I mentioned earlier are low in moisture. The reason why I recommend to eat high protein food is because it makes it easier to build muscles. Usually, it is difficult for an average person to go to the gym once a week, but on the other hand, there are often people who get addicts of exercising. Exercising is good, but too much exercise can be bad for us. We have to let out body rest after exercising.
