Hello everyone, the topic I'm going to talk about today is why it's hard to lose weight and why it's hard to increase muscle mass. The reasons why it's hard to lose weight are that you don't have the will, you can't handle the temptations of food next to you, you eat too much, you lack exercise, etc. People who have plump bodies or skinny bodies are usually born with inherited genes from their mothers or fathers. However, the difference is that those who are not fattening eat very little and stop eating when the hunger disappears, but those who are fattening only stop eating until their hunger disappears and their stomachs burst. Especially, most boys go outside and play sports often, so they use muscles often, so it takes a lot of effort for boys who are somewhat strong but not others. Even if you eat more meat, you should eat protein-based foods that help you build muscles and exercise a lot accordingly.I don't think it's hard to go on a diet, but I think it's very hard to increase muscle mass because if you exercise and use it a little bit again, the process of relaxing and stretching is very painful.

by the way, i really like your blog's background song. I have never heard that version of "gil" before. So what protein sources would you suggest for body building?
